Terms of Use
Basic rules for a fair and safe experience on InputTesting.
Simple Version: Use these tools for free, use them for whatever you want, but don't hold us responsible if something goes wrong. Don't be a jerk and try to break the site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using InputTesting.com, you're agreeing to the rules on this page. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the tools. We keep it simple so everyone can understand what's expected.
2. Use It for Free (And Forever)
Every tool on this site is free to use. You can use them for personal projects, work tasks, or even commercial purposes. You don't need our permission to use the output generated by our tools in your own work.
3. "As-Is" Policy
We work hard to make sure our tools are accurate (especially our validators!), but we aren't perfect. We provide these tools "as-is" without any warranties. If a tool makes a mistake or your browser crashes while using it, we aren't liable for any lost data or missed deadlines. Always double-check critical work!
4. Prohibited Behavior
We want to keep this site fast for everyone. Therefore, we prohibit:
- Automated scraping or "botting" the site to use tools in bulk.
- Attempting to inject malicious code into our input boxes (it won't work, but please don't try).
- Disrupting the server or network that hosts our tools.
5. Intellectual Property
The code that makes this site run, our icons, and our articles are owned by us. You are welcome to use the *results* of the tools however you like, but please don't copy the website's design or entire sets of our content to start a competing site.
6. Limitation of Liability
In short: use these tools at your own risk. We won't be responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) that happen because you used or couldn't use our tools.
7. Questions?
If something here isn't clear, contact us. We'd rather you ask than be confused.
